The Top Tiles Provides you with information for the types of the different action of a specific appointment.

The Mid Tiles Provide a simple distribution graph

Bottom Table shows the table of the appointments as well.

On the top right is a filter button that allows you to filter the time frame and the calendar you wanted to see on the report
