No Show Automation


The No Show Automation allows you to automatically send an email to the specific lead that booked an appointment and where the action of the appointment has been tagged as a No Show. If you haven't seen our tutorial on how to tag an appointment as No Show you can access the tutorial here.


Once you have changed the appointment Action to No Show an email will be automatically sent to the lead. The email contains the link to the type of appointment he/she booked. For instance he booked a digital coffee, the lead will receive an email that includes the specific link to your digital coffee calendar.
